The best way I've found is to use vitamin e oil. If you normally supplement vitamin e, just prick a hole in the gelcap and apply liberally over the entire stretch mark. Do this every day for a week and you'll notice it disappearing. Good luck

Vitamin E, tanning, cocoa butter...
The stuff TTU sugggested is recommended as well..
They WILL fade, but will never disappear altogether....
They're badges bro... wear them with pride!...whether you got them from fast muscle growth, or from being fat (and have shed the weight)... you should be proud of your hard work...

bro i went to the doc a while ago and she gave me a presc for retinol-a, it seems to be working, takes a while... She also said that they only respond to treatments like this when they are new (red.) The older (white) ones are very hard to get rid of.
