aloe and learn your lesson :) start out slower ;)
Bannana Boat has a great after sun lotion that has lots of aloe in it and it doesn't have that icky feeling that aloe has.
Burns
Buy an aloe vera plant for the windowsill and, if you burn yourself, simply split open a leaf and apply its natural gel to promote healing.

Hmmm aloe is good for everything..but a bed burn is a bit different than a sun burn. The after sun lotion I was talking about it very soothing and healing.
Vinagar in a bath stops the burning. Sounds weird but it works

Try 1% hydrocortisone cream.
You might be kidding .... but it works... for sun burn i use rubbing alcohol, and it works faster then aloe... i'm not kidding, try it and see ( if it's a sun burn/ no cuts to the skin) a lot of people think it will burn, but it does not it will cool you down.Quote:

biotherm after sun lotion is the best stuff ive used for sun burns. and i burn too fuking much in the summer
Silver-Sulfa-Dioxide, three times a day and shower twice a day.
