Accutane questions

I just got my perscription of Accutane a little while ago. I have already started taking it and got a couple questions for anyone who has used it.
There was this pamflit given to me at the dermotologist with side effects, how to use, etc. Also I have been reading up on the internet a little.

The most common side effects are the dry skin and lips and what not, but also I read about permanent loss of hearing?! Is this very common? Should it be something to worry about? Also, I did not see this in the pamflit, but am I allowed to take like Asprin or Ibuprofin while on Accutane?

No, loss of hearing is not common at all. Yes, you can take asa or ibuprofen while taking.
