    loose skin

    i've got like just loose skin from losing weight, or i think it is. how do i get it to tigiten(sp?) up. vitamne e, mabe?

    Lots of determining factors involved in skin rebound..Age, amount of loose skin, skin type, etc..I would just give it some time and see how it responds after you have consistently kept your weight leveled off..

    Or you could be brave and post up some photos of the issue and get a much better detailed observation..
