I tend to get a nice light brownish-red color when I go tanning, which looks good. BUT it fades away after maybe three days. How can I preserve the tan, or keep it longer? Should I go more times in one week? Go consecutive days?

Umm, yeah, I believe tanning every few days would keep you darker and tanned, yes.
Makes pretty straightforward sense to me. :)

If you are planning to tan more than once a week, I would def recommend supplementing melanin. That is, assuming you are white. It should also help keep pigmentation in your skin longer
Cool deal. How much is a good dose??Quote:

I've never taken melanin supplements directly, although I've known people to do so with varying results. These are usually "tanning activators" that have a bunch of artificial ingredients, colorants, Beta-Carotene, and/or Canthaxanthin, which have been banned by the FDA because they are dangerous. They can also make your skin orange like a ooompa from Willy Wonka.Quote:
