your penis will not shrink. only your testicles because they go in hibernation when you shooting test. but once you are done, and use clomid, everythign should return to normal
You can even use HCG during a cycle to keep your nuts nice and plump.
Your rod may look smalled b/c the rest of your body appears larger...
