    I love the sauna, escpecially when I have a head cold. Gets my blood flowing pre-workout to just make sure you consume fluids while sitting there.

    Sauna is great for pre-workout. Loosens me up, gets the blood pumpin, and the sweat flowin.

    Steam for me, especially after a bike ride or a hard workout. Sauna every once in awhile.

    steam all the way! its even better when u pit a little mint in the steam and it works wonders when u have a head cold.

    Nothing gets a closer shave than taking your Mach 3 into the steam room and shaving, it opens your pores and pulls the hair right out without cream
