another hairloss ?? plz help

hey guys i have a question similar to gqsuperman....i'm a young man 22, and i'm starting to get a receding hairline...i thought it was just in my head, but several ppl have said something about it in the last couple of months...i went yesterday to buy some extra strength rogaine but the diagram they have on the back isnt what i'm going through..my scalp is still thick it just seems to be the fron that i'm losing...i'm really worried now and want to know if i should get the rogaine?? or should i go and see if i can get a prescription for propecia??? thanks guys
