    loose skin

    i have a buddy that wanted me to ask this question....


    Few years ago I lost a lot of weight (fat). Since then I've put on some muscle but have been unable to fill in some areas like lower pecs and lower abs. Doctors say its just loose skin. Any one have any ideas besides surgery, to get rid of this problem?
