    B5 and bad stomach

    Hi guys i was wondering when using high dosegase like 10gram aday in B5 do u get bad stomach like **** all the time?

    Why i ask is that i came from thailand and i used B5 like 6gram a day in thailand for 18days and my stomach is bad now maybe som **** from thailand but i was wondering if it is possible to get bad stomach from it and if u can prevent it?
