    Exclamation stretch mark ????

    Hey i was doing a search on "stretch marks" and i came accross a thread that u posted on and u said u used VITAMIN E and ARICA CREAM to reduce the scarness,i was wondering on a cycle would i apply ARICA CREAM during the cycle or wait until stretch marks occur ,thx

    try pond's cold cream. It'll help alot. Also use vitamin e cream as well.

    Vit E will help reduce stretch marks but bro once you get them there is very little to make them disapear.Once the skin loses its natural elasticity you will get stretch marks

    if your looking to avoid strech marks put the cream on all the time before they start.it will soften the skin and allow it to strech ferther without marking so easily.

    If your worried about stretch marks then don't life or take aas. Haha... Just busting your balls. I don't mind em. I show mine off. I AM PROUD OF MY GROWTH!
