What Does Having Puffy Nipples Mean?

I've had this my entire life, and yes at one point I did have gyno, and curing it did not change. So what does being born with puffy nipples mean? Does it have somethign to do with estrogen, does it mean anything or is it just a trait?

You could have natural Gyno, or it could just be chest fat. It's hard to tell with no pics. Post some up

i'm an ecto, no fat whatsoever on my chest, although my chest results have been minimal it's been with zero fat. but yea I'll try to get pics up a little later, I hafta figure out how to work this digital camera.
