Micropigmentation?

I don't care if this sounds gay but I need to know if anyone had micropigmentation or permenant makeup ever done because when I was like 6 years old my mom slammed a metal door on my face by accident and it ripped my lip apart. Anyway, I was rushed to the hospital and they tried to fix my lips, they did a good job but the right side of my lip looks almost invisible because it has almost no color and it looks retarded. Now i heard about this micropigmentation sh!t and I think maybe it can finally fix that, has anyone had it done?
