Gyno Be Gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Im so ****ing excited about this.Ok I have natural gyno,But im getting a new doc and im gona tell him that my chest is so sensative that i cant workout or wear a shirt. And then my insurance HAS TO cover it.By next week I got a new doc. I might sue my old doc for malpractice. When I was younger around10-14yrs I told my doc that i had really big boobs for my size.he did blood work later and found out that i have low test and thyroid. Now my gyno is here for good unless i got a doc to cut it off.My layer says I got a case. But that goes against everything I stand for.Anyway how long will it be till i can lift heavy on chest again?

its case dependent........i had only a mild case and was back in the gym a week later (legs, back, arms and cardio). Two weeks later i was doing chest but only about 70%-75%. My chest workout consisted of barbell presses only for about two weeks then i went back to db presses. Just avoid any exercises such as flies and dips for a few weeks. good luck!

Lifting 6-8 weeks like Doc. Sust mentioned.
You'll be able to walk for cardio shortly after....Just to stay active.
Legs/arms Probly 4 weeks after if things go well.
Don't rush, you want your chest to heal properly, you don't want to lift to early and cause fluid buildup and have to go under the knife twice.

^No and the lawyer droped my case. But im getting a new one because I forun out that is was most likely caused by a bunch of meds they had me on whan i was a baby that cause it. I gota find a good lawyer that is willing to take on a few pharmys at the same time.
