    need some help...

alright i think i may just be out of luck but i wanted to run this by you guys first to see if there was anything im forgetting. I have been shaving my chest for about 4 years now- the problem is im italian and have thick hair so i have to shave it pretty much everyday and i have to shave against the grain. no matter what i try i still get the bumbs and its getting annoying. I have tried everything from a mach 3 to electric. i have tried the hot water/cold water to close the pours. i have also tried rubbing alcohol afterwards but nothing seems to work. any suggestions?
