I should take 3-4 pills a day according to my search but i could be wrong. Can someone give me a good dosage?
3 grams/day is a good starting dose. Give it a few weeks before you lower or raise the dose.
so start of 3grams/day? i ordered two bottles. im gonna start using a week before my cycle....so basically like tommorrow
Its different for everyone. Try 2 grams if you want, and see how it goes. Just remember that its not an immediate cure, so give it some time before you change doses or give up on it.
