    pantothenic acid

    Where would you get pantothenic acid. I didn't even start my cycle yet and my back started breaking out for some reason and it's pissing me off. Can anyone help me out?

    3 grams/day is a good starting dose. Give it a few weeks before you lower or raise the dose.

    Its different for everyone. Try 2 grams if you want, and see how it goes. Just remember that its not an immediate cure, so give it some time before you change doses or give up on it.
