Azelaic Acid Cream for Hair Loss

Hi guys.

I have been taking proscar, minoxidil 5% and saw palmetto for the last 2 and a half years for my hairloss and i was happy with the results. But the last six months they seem to have stopped working as my hairline has started receeding and my crown area is thinning again.

I was wondering if adding a pimple cream that contains Azelaic Acid to my stack would benefit?

I live in Australia so ordering the premixed solutions with minoxidil might not get through customs.

some studies suggest it helps , some studies suggest it worsens it , and minimizes the hair folicle , until u find smth concrete i wouldnt even think bout using it......
