    no change...

    i dont get this, ive just been on an SD cycle gained about 10lbs and i dont c much of a difference...ive not gained ne fat it appears but i dont know where the 10lbs have gone...i dont take measurements but i just def feel no bigger at all...any1 else get this?

    it's the obsessive compolsive weighlifters syndrome... if the scale say's 10lbs... you probably have put on 10lbs... muscle is much more dense than fat...
