Ask your primary dr to prescribe Erythromycin 250 mg; once a day...should help.

I had that problem before and used every non perscription product. U will have to go to a doc, dont let them give u any cream like differen of anything like that, I took the antibiotics designed for that and it was gone in a month

Get an exfoliating glove as well. Removes dead skin and clears pores. It really worked for me.

I like to go tanning. Works well for me.
You can also get some pretty effective anti-biotic creams from dermatologists but they loose their effectiveness after about a month's usage.

I've been on many things. Dermo gave me Accutane over 10 years ago. But shoulder/back acne was a problem recently so I started back up on Retin-A and it is working pretty well.

Retin-A works really good...I think its like the strongest creame you can get on the market from a dermatologist.
