    Rib injury

I recently broke a lower rib on the right side of the body. Are there any exercises @ all that I can do for abs/obliques? I'm guessing that I can't do anything but any suggestions would be great! Thanks

rest and relax you can try some crunches, but my guess it is going to hurt. don't push it, take some time off of abs and especially the obliques. you may be able to do isometric ab work.(flex your abs and hold for ten to 30 seconds, and the rest for 10 - 30 seconds.do this a series of times...if this was me...i would just wait until i was healed,

My brother recently did the same thing playing football. The trainer told him theres not much he can do. They gave him some painkillers so he can keep playing but he still has some pain

shitty injury, even the painkillers only help so much, it is a nagging annoying injury
