It will take atleast 5 or 6 treatments to permanently remove all the hair in those areas.
Here are some prices from the laser skin center my girl friend and her mom run:
Upper Abdomen
$ 249.
Lower Abdomen
$ 249.
Neck (Front & Back)
$ 219.
Upper Chest
$ 369.
Back
$ 549.
I don't think these prices are current, they are just on the website as an estimate. Usually costs less than this, but they also have a doctor on hand at the facility which is very important. Make sure wherever you go has a doctor watching over the laser nurses. Also, make sure you have ZERO tan before you go.

Like LMO said, minimum 5-6 sessions will be required. I've had 3 sessions so far, hair re-growth is noticibly less but I need to go for at least 2-3 more.
The areas I got done are quite diffferent than what your're getting so I dont think what I paid would be a good comparison.
BTW, you may want to use a topical anaesthetic before you go, it's painful as hell....but well worth it.

Definitely a good idea. If they don't provide it for you, make sure you do it yourself. Popping a few advil before you go helps too lol.
Also, make sure they are using the latest FDA approved lasers. Honestly, I wouldn't let any company laser me unless they are using the Aurora or Comet by Syneron. They are the only two lasers approved to laser any color hair, and they also use an air blower cooler system to cool your skin while lasering.

You can get your whole body done at once if you have the money and time to sit there....
As for shaving, you have to be freshly shaven (that day) when you show up.

I've been looking into it also and decided to go through with it in steps over the next few months. Next weekend I'm at the beach so the shave/ wax will have to do.

i did it for my back, first and second session the hair dissapeared for like 6 weeks then started to grow thinner, after the fourth session u could say its almost all gone and been gone for 8 months now. It was worth it for a hairy mofo like me!
1)make a deal with yout lazer specialist, if u gaurantee you will do all sessions then u get a better deal per session
2)shave the body part before you go, dont use heavily fragranced shaving gel/cream or aftershave because using that before/after lazer causes skin discoloration
3)waxing the part if pssible will give the lazer the best xposure to the hair follicules

I have no idea where you are getting this information from but it is 100% false and doing so before laser hair removal would yield zero results. The root of the hair has to be under the surface for the laser to target it, if the root is gone the laser has nothing to target and you go through pain for nothing. Waxing removes the root, and using nair or other depilatories removes the hair too far down from the surface of the skin and also can lead to irritation if getting lasered afterwards. Shaving is the ONLY method of hair removal you are supposed to use prior to LHR.

Nah..... you have to wait because some areas take up to 3 months to get a new hair growth cycle. So in other words, to be completely hair free in an area with Laser Hair Removal, you can count on it taking well over a year to complete. To do the whole body would be painful and torture IMO..... just do one area at a time and you can go in on a steady basis. Unless you want to be there for 10 hours at a time, and I don't even know if anyone would do your whole body for you as they would probably get tired of holding the laser lol

What areas did you get done? The wait time for some areas is longer or shorter depending on what you get done.
