20 to 30 is not really considered normal. If you can run your fingers thru your hair and have a bunch in your hand, your losing hair. Id start thinkin about finasteride or a DHT shampoo blocker like nizoral or any kind of dandruff controll shampoo.

Everyone loses hair on a daily basis. There are factors that influence the amount of daily hairloss, but anywhere from 100 is within normal limitations. Age, diet, hair density, and of course genetics play parts in this overall amount. If you are truly concerned about your level of hairloss, see a Doctor and they can help determine if you are indeed showing signs of MPB(male pattern baldness). Hairloss can also be a sign of an underlying illness, so keep that in mind if your hairloss progresses. Good luck!

Look on your pillow. If you have 4-5 hair strands on it, its normal. If you have over ten youre losing your hair.

pearljam is correct 1oo to 150 is normal based on the fact that 1/3 of ur hair is in a dormant resting phase at any given time it falls out like your eyelashes, and i havent seen to many hairless eyelids however and it is a big however when running hands through your hair u should not notice more than 3 or 4 you canot pull out 100 and say well im normal 100 to 150 hairs fall out through the day without you really noticing when u start to notice ur having problems, ofcourse pulling them out and becoming paro wont help just closely monitor your crown and hairline and u should get an indication of where u stand
