Chest Injury while benching...
Well After about 10 years of lifting with the last 5 of them being very serious I injured myself benching last night. I was using a smith Machine which was prolly a mistake and I had 275 on the bar I was on my 4th set and my 8th rep when I felt a tear inbetween my chest and arm I did have a spotter thankfully the weight fell but I didn't totally drop it.
I streched pretty well before I even did 3 sets of push ups and 10 mins of cardio to warm up. I've had the best results ever this cycle and Im in the best shape of my life it would figure this would happen..
My stats are:
25
5'9"
190#'s BF < 10%
Im on my 10th week of my cycle and it was pretty simple.
Week 1-14 of test cpy.
Week 8-14 Anavar 50 mgs a day
I also had primo I started 2 weeks ago not sure if that was the best idea at all..
As for the the injury Im waiting to see a a specialist tommorrow then go for an MRI. I went to the hospital last night only just to get checked just to be safe. What they told me was I had a slight tear in possibly my Peck Minor and or My Bicep. Now My right peck isnt that swollen, there is a bit of swelling no Brusing now Above my right bicep has slight brusing but not much about the size of a quarter but it is swollen.
What I don't get is I life that weight all the time for reps why all the sudden it decided to tear, do you think its cause of the Var? After about three weeks of taking var everything felt tight and I looked really shredded so I thought that was a good thing, but maybe not maybe it was taking the Var that helped cause the tear? Also I've been training really hard the last 3 months so I could have been over trained a bit.
Any idea or insight would be great. Also should I finish out my last month of test and primo? what else could I take to help me recover faster?

Agreed, for your sake hopefully it's only a small tear. Give it some time to heal before doing anything and remember to start LIGHT for quite a while. Practice your form and do SLOW reps to get the best results from light weight.
I'm not sure about the IGF or HGH, I know it has been speculated a lot but I have not read many/any post where people say it actually helped with injury. Only one I have read is about the deca but mostly for joint injury or strains.
