    Angry Thigs chaffing!!

    that fcking shit hurts like hell ever since ive been running....I was thinking about vaseline...but with the sweat , and heat that shit could get messy and im also afraid itll clog pores and lead to infections or smth


    WHAT DO U DO TO STOP CHAFFING?

    You just gotta keep running. When in the Army we would run every day for like 3 or 4 months, then for another 3 or 4 months we wouldn't run at all! When we started running again my thighs would always chaff like a motherfvcker. You just gotta run through it and then the pain will go away.

    Also, wearing actual jogging shorts/pants helps. Don't wear sweat pants or whatever.

    is there anything u can put before running to make it less painful??

    and the moisturizer idea sounds kinda fishy....if after a while it stops cuz ur skin is getting tougher.....well wouldnt the moisturizer be setting u back??

    I know what you're talking about now, but I'm having that problem elsewhere. Use Aveeno lotion Ultra Calming Daily Moisturizer SPF 15. Use that 2-3 times a day on the chaffing spot and it'll help a bit. Good luck.

    yea baby powder helps me, also i wear underarmor spandex shorts they like underware shorts very good makes them slide haha

    yeah they have many powders and gels for this issue just go to the store and read a few things i used goldbond powder and it works well

    if i wear certain types of underwear i chaff......i just wear longer underwear (boxers) when i do cardio and that keeps me from chaffing....

    my innerthighs chaff all the time too

    i wear spandex as underwear w/my regular beach shorts i jog in, most spandex shorts has compression around the thighs

    OMG....bodyglide all the way. I mean, that's if you don't mind spending the money. It is soo worth it
