i always get acne on my shoulders and top of my back when on cycle but its been 2 months since my last shot and the acne has got worse?
is it ever gonna go? i wanted to start another cycle in 2months
i remember in between my first and 2nd cycle my spots never completely went in the 3 months i was off
My cycle last year was in Sept-Dec of 2004 and I still broke out on my back and shoulders all year i usually juice once a year, but i am going for twice a year this time. I just finished my 2005 cycle and i have been drinking a lot of water and taking L-Arginene 6g a day, not sure if this helps but it does flush out the, now don't quote me on this "bad protien" or something. My paper work is at home, anyways i am going to be drinking two gallons of water a day. Two gallons a day will flush the system out and probably clear it up considerably. Hope this help some. ive never heard of l-arganine having any benefit with acne
i have tried vit b5 at 10g a day but it didnt clear them up
i always drink as much water as i can both on and off cycle
i use sun beds once/twice a week also (no sun tan cream)
alot of people dont get acne during cycle...but only on pct..dunno y
try Vitamin C, tons of the shit...try some IV vitamin C too....benzyl peroxide 5% , some dalacin T if u can get some...
oh, use a loofah sponge , salcylic acid soap 2% 2-3 tmes a day..
