    When will I get back to normal?

    Now that I am recovered from my partially tore right pec, my endurance and strength is horrible. It has been over a month now and I can't push 245 for more than 5. 3 weeks ago I did 295x3 then I dropped back down. After my first set, my endurance is just shot. The other day, on decline I was doing 135 and I couldnt push it up for a 3rd rep. 135! It seems like after a few sets of any chest exercise, I am done for the day. MY workout today was like this
    225x8
    245x5
    245x2
    225x3 (what is up with this?)

    any thoughts?

    work yourway back slow. do 2 weeks of 3 sets of 10 - 8 reps and then do another 2 wks of 8 - 6 reps, on all press exercises, this should give you back you endurance,stay away from low reps of 3 -5 for now.

    if you use percentages, try 50- 60% for the firt 2 wks and 60-70% for the next 2 wks, juast a suggested range, feel free to change them as you need to for yourself

    Seems like a good idea, I'll have to drop the weights down. I'll actually have to dip below 200 . I cant wait til I start bulking again
