    the B-complex as a whole.

Increased oil output and changes in bodychemistry which can precipitate acne can be the result of the effect of stress on the body.

B-complex vitamins are called 'the stress vitamins' because the body increases the metabolism of them during periods of stress...

Thus, a deficiency of said vitamins can by extension precipitate acne.

Therefore, to keep acne at bay it'd be advisable not to be come deficient: i.e. ingest adequate amounts of b-complex vitamins

good info, is b-complex a paticular vitamin or is it any b-vitamin, like 5-6-12 and so on?

also what is that natrazol shampoo all about? you use it for the skin?

Hey nark well said but what is adequate?

    I take 100mgs of a b-complex daily, but since they're water-soluable... would 150 be considered adequate?

I guess it depends on the amount of stress you are putting on the body.

yeh i still take 5-6 grams b5 a day keeps my face clear but for some reason doesnt do much for my back, tried the dawn soap dries the skin out good but still didnt do much, my two favorite facial soaps are neutrogenas clear orange acne wash and panoxyl 10 which is some crazy crap. and one day i will try that nizoral shampoo and see what all this hype is about.
