    shattered finger, how do i lift?

    So last night in the gym I had a little mishap, which resulted in my middle finger splitting lengthwise from the base of the finger to the 1st knuckle.

    How do I lift around this injury?? thanks guys.

    well if its in a cast, or immobilizer, you should be able to learn how to hold weight with out the use of it... My advice is take a week off, see how it feels, maybe two weeks off, then start light!

    anyway possible, use you head, try to use more machines for the next k and alot of tape. lift around the injury do exercises that dont aggrevate it, if nothing works , take a vacation
