    Smile Saunas and chemical poisoning

Does anyone have any idea whether the water they use in saunas at the gym is tap water, or what?

If it is tap water, I think I'll give it a miss, I don't want to be absorbing all the chlorine (formerly used for chemical warfare), fluoride (formerly used for chemical warfare), and other killer chemicals in tap water.

Maybe someone that works in a gym can help.

    Anyway thanks, and great forum.

Flouride is necessary for the body...

What do you want them to use...bottled water?

BTW the cleaning process for bottled water is dirtier than an tap water water fountain...

Your body can't absorb water from the outside. If you just go for a run and sweat ridculously and go in the shower. The water isn't going to get in ur pores. Otherwise eveyrone would be a blimp. I don't think u sohuld be concerned unless its a moral issue.

If the toilet water spun the opposite direction like it does in Austrailia i'd be worried about everything taking place in that whacky country!!

Minor details like that in life are really not worth worrying about bro, just do your thing
