    Skin question

    Anybody have any recommendations what to take to have a nice skin tone.

    It seems nearly every body builders I've seen and talk to who doesn't really have a tan has a nice even skin tone and clarity. Just wondering if anybody has any info on what vitamins, supplements, etc... that will help besides tanning.

    I believe b5 is good for the skin.
