    The purpose of this forum is to discuss hair removal, tanning products, acne, hair loss etc. Everything to do with our appearance. So stop posting this stuff in the lounge and post it all here

    What do you think I should do about this basketball sized goiter on the side of my face. It's startin to scare away the women.
