Following. This is an interesting thread. There are a lot of reviews out there saying it was painful so it's good to hear there was no discomfort. Looking forward to the results!

Been doing some googling & saw yesterday that it's best to have enough to suck or vacuum into the device before it's frozen, at least that's how I understood it - Pistol does that sound right, now that you've been through it.

    What's the areas appearance now?

Yes, exactly. They were concerned that I was too lean so that it wouldn't work as well. I'm 2.5 weeks post procedure and can def. see a slight difference esp. on my back.

I've researched this and other forms of liposuction. You are correct. Once remove fat cells they are bah bye. However our bodies, depending on genetics and lifestyle, tend to fluff up in one spot more readily. Could be spare tire area for example. Once those fat cells are removed, the body will fluff up in next spot that tends to fluff up, let's say back fat.

Morale. Be like Kelkel. Stay consistent weight.

Post liposuction / cold sculpturing be like Kelkel. stay a consistent weight.

I have a high threshold of pain. The first side didn't hurt at all. The first couple of minutes on the other side did hurt a bit. I read people saying the pain was so much they couldn't finish the session. Maybe in other areas it hurts more?

I've already seen great results from this. My lower back fat is almost completely gone. I can't wait to see the progress at the 2-3 month mark.

My laser hair removal tech confirmed my high pain threshold. I barely grimaced except for the inner thighs. Tech had to take a break. Lol. Men and women can have high or low tolerance.

I wanted traditional Lipo but I was too lean at the time. Not one cosmetic surgeon would touch me except one. :/

Cold sculpture was an option. I should have done it.

I looked into the Vaser Lipo and actually had an appointment before going to the Coolsculpting appointment. Vaser would remove more of the fat cells without question but it was a fairly long recovery process and way more involved. The convenience of the cool sculpting made it a much better option for me. If I had a ton of fat to get rid of then I would have gone the Vaser way.

    Pete,

I did not see you posting where you were in terms of body fat percentage before this procedure?

    Thanks

So, I'm almost exactly 1 month since the procedure and wanted to post a comparison. The first picture is actually from Jan 22nd and the 2nd is from 2/15. You can clearly see how much my love handles have gone. They said the most results happen after the first month so we'll see how the next month or two goes.Click image for larger version.

Thanks, I think it's very noticeable. I'm a lot leaner now than even in the pics from 10 days ago. Even when I get super lean I always have this fat in my love handles. I'm excited to see where I will be come summer time when I'm doing a cutting cycle. I did also have to gain a bit of fat before the procedure and was prob. around 15% or so before the procedure. I'm prob. around 11% right now during my bulk.

Not putting on fat, expanding the size of the cells.

I'm the same way, even when I'm well under 8% bf I have very noticeable love handles. I'm going to hopefully do this in a year or so.

I understand that's the initial process but new fat cells can be developed if enough fat is put on. Either way, it's fat!

The difference is noticable. Are you saying there was a 4% difference in overall bf between the two photos? It seems that could account for a lot of the difference, no? I'm not trying to rain on the parade here, I just thought that seemed like a relevant piece of data.

I thought we had a set amount of fat cells by adult hood. We either increase or decrease the cells.

Only way to remove fat cells is thru medical procedure such as Lipo, cold sculpting.

Here's the catch. After having a medical procedure ,if or when get fat, the fat will now show up in the next place you tend to carry excess. Not petes love handles!

They said if you're too lean then it won't work as well. I didn't put on a ton of fat but I'm guessing enough. The true test will be in the summer when I'm cutting. If I have tiny love handles I will be very happy.

Just saw this. This is the typical process in PRC. Costs about 50 USD per session.

As far as fat cells. They are cells just like any other cell. 90% water 10% cell wall and Membrane and Mitochondria. Dieting usually results in reduced water. Cell wall and membrane remain until needed. Almost impossible to remove the cell wall. To remove fat cell wall and membrane it requires a completely different path due to the chemical makeup of these items. Liposuction removes all 100%. This procedure does the same but at a slower rate. The cell walls are removed via the immune system due to the freezing damages them.

The photos above are extraordinary results. Seeing how there is a lot of weight loss in the shoulder and upper back area I assume there was a hardcore diet in place at the same time.

I assume you went to Drs in the USA for the liposuction denial. Need to go to Thailand and the home of the best Plastic Surgeons in the universe...they would not turn you away. Stomach and lovehandle areas require a corsett afterward for 6-weeks.
