my man boob

Ever since i was 16 i have had breast tissue on my left side. From a side angle it honestly looks like a boob and i shoud not have a boob i am 21 and weigh 175 and 5'11.. So i was telling my dad today at dinner that i want some sort of surgery to get rid of it and he was telling me that i dont work out right and if i worked out right it would be gone. Do any of you have any idea of what my problem is with my chest? I have done a cycle about 8 months ago and i know that i dont have gyno. i could actually feel that fat if i squeeze my boob hehe.. please give me some feedback thanks

I would say go see a doctor and/or a plastic surgeon to see what options you have.
