need advice on bulking up and sliming down
I am 24, 5'9", and 250lbs. i am not a big fat rollie pollie but not slim. I have a large frame. My goal is to gain muscle mass and drop some of the jelly. Any advice will be taken into concideration and would be much appreciated. I am willing to do whatever it takes, whether it be over the counter or not. And the faster the results the better.

oops. actually i had knee surgery 4-19-05 and am still recovering from it. i had ACL reconstruction and a medial menisectomy(i think thats how you spell it.

cardi and lift, thats alllyou need, doing omething is betterthan nothing, thereis no miracle drug, it takes hard work so get started, after you reach a point and thats as far as you can get doing it natural , than you consider other measures
