    caffine ... sub q water?

    is caffine mostly responsible for sub q water loss?? I read that is, but obvioulsy too much of it too ofter will result in intramuscular water loss

    It does not specifiically alter Sub Q water. It dehydrates you everywhere, including muscles indiscriminantly.
