Multi Vitamins

Someone please tell me what are the best multivitamins. Has anyone tried USANA? I take supergram III by Alacer, but heard that USANA is supposed to be the best? Has anyone done serious finding-out of whats best today.
(I workout 4 times per week, have done 2 cycles, 35 years old, surf 2-3 times per week, high stress lifestyle)

BTW-not interested in the opinions of all who say taking vitamins does not make a differance.

animal packs are good but expensive i got a 3$ bottle of vits fom target

Everyone's different and likes a particular multi-vit for one reason or another. I prefer liquid vitamins for their fast absorption. No fillers or binders that are not needed.

I just took a look at universal animal pak....surprised it had that much b6 and biotin along with aminos. Will try these. Thanks.

Vitamin Shoppe's Ultimate Man is what I just bought last week. I used to take just centrum but I figured I'd give these a try...

Animal Pak plain and simple dont use anything but that for a multi.

U can get a 44 packet of animal pack for $17.99. Just gotta use those search engines. There there for reason. And as the horse pill comment goes thats on each individual. I take the 1/2 the pack at a time with no probs then the other half right after it. I take all my pills with water and i also through a tri flexen in there as well. Sometimes some advil in there as well depending on how im feeling that morning.

ORdered Animal Pak yesterday for $27. I used to take Animal Stak, years ago (came in a yellow can) WOndering if they are similar?. Thanks for your replies.

Got gipped bro. $17.99 is the cheapest prices out there. Never a reason to pay more then that. Someones always offering it at that price.

I also agree that liquid multivitamins are the way to go. You don't have to wonder if they passed through you before your body was able to break down the pill and then digest it. Liquid multivitamins are more readily absorbed by the body. And there are some good options out there...I like the Alive multi, but there are other good ones as well.
