Essential vitamins, best brands
I'm sure this topic has been covered, but what does everyone consider essentials to supplement in? Regardless of what your diet is.
I currently taking a multi, vit D, and omega3 on days where I don't eat fish. I am ordering some B12 today also, but what are other important ones to be taking? I was always under the impression the vitamins that grocery stores sell are under dosed bullshit and a waste of money, like vit C and zinc/mag.
What brands does everyone use ? What are considered the "essentials", and how much of them is everyone taking.

Currently i'm taking a generic gummi multi, b12 and flax and fish oil and a pro biotic. Plan on taking more eventually but those are the only "vitamins". Sorry but I cant get you the amounts right now.

Looks good with the vitamins austinite.. do you take them all at the same time or split them out over the day with your meals?
I take
Creatine ethyl ester 2g
Vitamin C 1500 mg
Selenium 200 μg
B12 100 μg
Taurine 500 mg twice a day
Magnesium 150 mg twice a day
Zinc 30 mg
I do feel a lot better after taking these vitamins seperately instead of the multivitamin.. on the same time I drink organic milk and eggs I get directly from the farmer to get even more good vitamins.. and I try to get everything in my diet aswell..
The Cialis I will do more researh about read some other good wtuff about it here on the forum before..

^ I take most everything in the morning. Magnesium before bed, Arginine pre-workout. Cialis morning and evening. Cialis is an amazing drug. Lowers BP, good for prostate, excellent Nitric Oxide booster and a host of other benefits.

Not enough of anything in there. That's the problem with Multi-vitamins/minerals, etc... They try to pack so much into that one pill, you end up with very small doses of each, in most cases rendering it ineffective.

Anyone familian with ON Nutrition? I have their Omega 3s..I just realized though looking at the label it says
Fish Oil - 1000mg
Total omega 3's - 300mg.
Where the hell is the other 700mg?
Has EPA and DHA listed also but no quantities.

I use controlled labs oximega fish oil. Animal pak multi and soon the animal flex pack for joint support. Also Gnc branded hawthorn berry extract.
