correct supplements and vitamin for gym

    Hi,

I have always been in the for the past 5 - 6 years, I have just started doing it religiously though for the past 12 months.
I am a fitness instructor doing HIIT for Les mills programs in which i do the odd bodypump class.
I do weights training 4 times a week
    Chest mon
    shoulders tues
    arms wed
back thurs with abs after every sesh.
I dont do legs as with HIIT my legs are already big and ripped from the jumping and lateral movement i do in that. plus running.

    Im 23 yrs old
    186cms (6.1)
    Weight 97kgs
    BF 19%

I have a good base to work off, one main problem is no matter how much training i do i cant seem to lose the fat around my belly, i have no fat on my legs and arms and quite vascular.

I take pre workouts and protein but i thought id get some experienced views one what might be suitable to me.

Any supps and reccomended programs would be great
money isnt an issue to buy supps etc.

Complete blood work to see exactly where you stand. Include a full hormone panel as well as Vit D, B-12, DHEA-s, etc. This will help you make an informed decision and give you a great baseline at your age. Other than that, I'd suggest creatine as well as probably vit D as most everyone in North America is low, but it should be based on BW first. Use this site for supplement research.

If interested in high intensity training then visit Marcus's Diary in the Lounge and start reading from the beginning. A lot of knowledge and experience to be gained in that thread. I admit I'm struggling to figure out how jumping and lateral movements make big and ripped legs!

I shall rephrase that. I don't have body builder legs. I have a good set of pins to match my body. Athletic so to speak.
In regards to my hiit I do three different types. Strength which is th a weighted bar. Plyo metric which is mainly body weight and a plate and then cardio which is running, they all involve jumping etc activating what they call the fast twitch muscle fibres. The people thest do it are Les Mills grit series if interested! Beside that I will check out what you rwcendes. Thanks .

Drop the pre workout and just get some caffeine pills or use coffee if you need energy. Gold standard whey... and orange triad...
