Cardio, no. Just add more and be sure to test in the near future. Give you an example. My normal protocol is 5K D3 per day and 1 D2 (Drisdol @ 50K) per week. It kept my D level around 80 on a scale of 30 - 100. I recently started tanning twice per week for the last few months. Pulled BW and my D level was around 118. Goes to show how tanning can influence D levels as well. I took several weeks off from any D and recently started back on only the D3 for now. I thought it was amazing how much tanning effected my numbers.
