haha there is no such thing as cheap 4ad they are all at the same price :\
well what am i looking for like when i go to 1fast400.com it has like 4-ad powders, they have a cypoinate powder and just regular powder, like how do i know which 4-ad to get?
Just go with the strait 4-ad powder, thats what you want.
