bro it works but after i stopped using it the 5lbs water weight i lost came back , so now i drink 1.5 gallons of water a day n am maintaining the 4lb water weight off me ........ but yeah if u want a quick drop the stuff works , but u gotta keep takin it to keep it off !

this one kid at my school took diretics and got real sick from it. He tried to lose weight for this wrestling tournament, but he is a dumbass, so if you use it right you should be ok.

The water weight loss is temporary. Unless you are preparing for a competition or need it for some event, don't bother.
