    M1t final results

    i am now done with my first m1t cycle and i notice alot of strength increase and hopefully i can keep most of it.

    bodyweight before 230 now 235

    Before After
    squat 480x2 550x1 (new school record)
    bench 225x6 225x10
    push press 210x5 225x5
    cheat curls 105x5 120x4

    my bench has never been good but i am working on it. The others are some of my favorite exercises but most all exercises i did had a positive increase.

    My measurments also went up and waist went down about an inch. I didnt check my bodyfat, but i look a little more ripped than before. This is some good stuff. Also, the only side effect was that i seemed more tired than usual thats about it.

    did u get any acne , and how are your boys feeling down there , n what r u using for your PCT ?

    just started pct yesterday not much acne and it didnt effect my libido much
