:scratch: I know that there are tons of threads out there on M1t, and I've searched them all, but there just seems to be too much controversy on how it should be ran, with PCT and all.
Can someone (or everyone) give some correct ways to run M1t, 4AD, Milk Thistle, 6-OXO, Clomid, Nolvadex all together?
And also, how important is Nolvadex with M1T, as i've learned that M1T wont cause gyno?

I would suggest taking:
10 mg's a day of m1t
4-ad transdermal 400 mg's a day
hawthorne berry extract
PCT:
Nolvadex 40 mg's for first 2 weeks
Nolvadex 20 mg's for last 2 weeks
Clomid 300 - 100 - 50
Milk thistle extract

Weeks 1-4: 10 mg ED of M1t
Weeks 1-4: 400 mg ED of transdermal 4-ad
Weeks 1-4: 1500 mg ED of hawthorne berry extract
PCT:
Weeks 5-8: 40 mg ED of Nolvadex for the first two weeks, Then down to 20 mg ED of Nolvadex
Weeks 5-8: Clomid Therapy, 300 mg of clomid first day, 100 mg of clomid next 10 days, 50 mg of clomid for final 10 days of clomid therapy.
Weeks 5-8: Milk Thistle 1000 mg of milk thistle ED

4-AD is good to combat the lethargy, but even 4-AD is not going to get rid of the lethargy, Your still goign to be tired as h*ll when taking m1t with 4-ad.
well then it makes sense since its from person to person experience , i am taking 4ad with m1t n i did feel little lethargy .......but not to the point id wont workout ........... but then again i drink redbull right before i start working out so , thats my secret i guess , :D

if on cycle m1t doesnt increase estrogen, then for pct why not just run trib alone w.out clomid/nolva/6oxo?
Read the faq i posted. When you stop cycling m1t you get a bad estrogen rebound which will cause gyno post cycle, thats why you need to use nolvadex during pct.
