glutamine, when to take?
I cant find very many threads on when to take glutamine and the ones I've found seem to contradict each other.
So when should you take it? I was thinking one serving in the morning before cardio and another an hour after my protein shake right before bed (about 2 hours after I lift). If I dont do cardio in the morning then when should I take my first serving? before I lift?

I used to take it in the morning after a workout and then again before i went to bed, but I didnt find that it helped all that much, now i use it only on days that Im sore from a workout.

Dont take any before cardio as it will make your barf everywhere. Just take it pwo from weight training and/or before bed
