i've got a bottle of mct....and it has 8g of fats and 12g of carbs..i'm dieting now..am i good to include mct in my diet? will the 12g of carbs add any impact carbs? and i know we shouldnt have fats and carbs together..but this mct i have has it all?? oh gosh..to use or not to use ????
