i used to supplement with potassium ..just 2 weeks ago...but i don't use it anymore..as i figured i do not wana mess around with my electrolyte balance..more water is key..as for taurine..i'm currently using 2g per day..one in morning and one with pwo..will increase them to 4-5g soon..
