homemade cell tech

i know i've seen it on here before but i can not find it for the life of me!! can any post up the ingredients for homemade cell tech and preferably the ratio in which they should be mixed in?? the reason im asking is because a buddy of mine says the **** is awesome (ive tried normal creatine just not cell tech) and i don;t feel like paying upwards of 60 bucks for 32 servings!! so if ne1 could fill me in i'd appreciate it

awesome bro thanks... what about ALA i know normal cell tech has it but i don;t rmeber if homemade does....

I have been doing this since this guy was cuddling cabbage patches :)

This is an old trick that my bro's and I have used since cell-tech came out. Same thing at a fraction of the cost.

Is this better to take twice daily, or just take 2 servings after i workout. Im prob gonna just do the 2 servings after i workout, n throw in 2 scoops of protein, j/w if twice a day is more effective

I normally just add 10g of creatine to my POW shake, it already 80g of dex with the 40g of protein that is one heck of a recovery shake.
