Question creatine on a non-bulking diet?

Should I bother going on creatine this summer after I drop my bf% if I'm not bulking? I've never taken creatine before unless I'm bulking. I'm just wondering if it will even do anything for me besides help my recovery time if I'm just going to be on a clean diet in that fits somewhere in between cutting and bulking.

Creatine is still good for non-bulking. It will help you get stronger and thats usually the problem with non-bulking diets. It will bloat you up a little bit but thats not a bad exchange for getting stronger and maintaining muscle mass or even build more muscle mass.

I'm kinda looking into something like Swole where there is less bloating. I've heard mixed things on here about that stuff, but w/e I'll try it out.

Hey I'll be honest here. I was all wired up for San's V12, with it being less bloat and all, but it still puffed me up hehe. It, like Swole, is a supposed non-bloat creatine.
I personally never saw bloat on v12 or creatine, but other people would tell me that they could tell my cheeks were getting pretty puffy, and then upon closer inspection, low and behold they were right!! So I stopped for the summer as I'm cutting now and a bloat would defeat the purpose lol.
However, I'd still recommend the swole/v12. Sure, you can get just as much monohydrate for 10$ for what'd you pay 25$ for, but it has tricreatine salt or whatever, plus taurine, an arginine complex, yada yada, and I personally thought the v12 fruit punch tasted way good. Even just the taste alone makes it worth it for me. I liked it more than I do most cheat meals haha.

    lmao... muscletech-good company?

How about charging people 80 bucks a tub of cell tech that you can make for yourself with stuff from your local grocery store for less than 15 bucks. Muscletech makes good products that work, but they are NOT a good company. Why do you think they overprice their products like mad? Not because they're better, but b/c they have to pay Cutler, Cormier, JJackson, DJackson, Priest, etc etc millions to appear in their ads in every freaking muscle mag ever created.

Trust me, i fell for the hype too when i was a newbie. I went out and bought the whole cell-tech/nitro-tech junk and had good gains, but you could just buy creatine mono and solid whey protein for 1/4 the cost. IMO i think you should spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

You will hold a lot of water weight from the creatine. Not sure if you want that come summer time--but that's just my .02 and I'm not a fan of creatine.
