i just ordered some m1t and im trying to get the best possible results out of it that i can(mass and strength) Im 6'3 170lbs ive been working out for about 3 years now and been going at it hard for the past 4 months. how should i take this to get the best possible results for what im looking for and also is there anything else i will need to take with this? or after? thanks let me know
